Question, I know

I don't want to gain weight and honestly I can't increase my activity level because I'm pretty
busy with university and work and I don't want to

My biggest weakness before this all started was
eating out for lunch

week; I have a
busy job and it is much more convenient than going home or making something ahead.
Uninspired and
busy, my partner and I became a little too used to cooking a couple of staples

eating out the rest of the time.
