We knew he would have a limited diet at 3 months as he had extreme eczema
and asthma, which later presented a long list of allergies:
dairy, all nuts, gluten,
eggs, mustard, now rice (he can
eat in moderation).
No matter how you

Next you head into the supermarket (remembering that you had to actually dress up, do your hair, fix makeup etc. to do this)
and wander the aisles wasting time looking at ingredient lists

eggs in them... taking the rolls to the counter, working out whether or not you want to go through the self checkout or keep a checkout operator employed for a few more years... pay... get back in the car... find somewhere to buy bottled water for the dogs... drive 50 km home... unpack dogs
and buns
and suddenly getting up, stretching... wearing whatever the heck you like with your hair in the air, no makeup, dogs within a hard stares range in case they feel like
eating the furniture while you are working
and that slow measuring out, baking etc. doesn't seem so time consuming any more.
And I no longer eat wheat / gluten, eggs and dairy... so this cake, I dream of, isn't even possible to grab at Starbuc

In the end, my approach to
eating is based on pleasure...
and while I do obey certain rules
and avoid some foods (wheat,
eggs,
dairy, meat, yeast,) I still enjoy the beautiful creations that come out of my kitchen with pure best - quality ingredients I can find.
I've never attempted to make a

and sugar - free version of ice cream before yesterday because frankly, I doubted it would be worth
eating.

and lost for
eating animal fats,

and meat.
