I ended up
sticking to it for over 6 years now and I actually really enjoy it:)(still not 100 % gluten free or vegan (I'm good with spelt, rye and we
eat butter, honey and
fish) but just a few months ago, I tested myself again (I did this every 4 - 6 months and
ate a wheat and egg cake AND I am happy to report that I didn't have my usual symptoms — I felt normal, no issues:) Mind you, I didn't have too much but a small slice that was homemade from organic ingredients so I felt comfortable that there's no artificial ingredients and preservatives.
This is what I'm basing my new diet on, however molluscs just aren't appealing to me — I barely want to
eat fish — and if I'm honest, I would rather
stick to vegan protein than shellfish.

hey i had a fox terrier and i used to always feed him chicken bones and he loved it and he was only meant to live for 5 years but instead lived for 16.5 years be4 he died of old age so theres nothing wrong with giving your dog chicken bones just supervise them
eating them because dogs tend to get them
stuck on the roof of their mouths and need you to
fish them out but as for not giving it to them its good for their teeth they love it and it never hurt my dog he
ate chicken bones alot and live to 16.5 years old!
I
stick to poultry and rabbit and do not feed beef or
fish because poultry and rabbit are closer in composition to what a small cat would
eat in the wild.
