Personally I've found that

smoothies / juices makes me crave more sweetness so I stick to the whole
fruit versions and opt for lower fructose

fruit and veggie
smoothies and hot or cold soups are a great way to pack in at least a couple - if not all - of your «5 a Day» without having to
eat a ginormous salad.
Consider drinking a

fruit, or serve whole - grain pitas with hummus for a snack between meals to increase your chances of gaining weight.
