I'm one who can
eat gf oats occasionally in baked goods, but mostly avoid them these days.
My daughter is Coeliac and can't
eat GF oats.
After giving him the gf oats, we noticed SOME negative change in behavior but didn't think much of it, however after the third day of
eating the gf oats he was back into full blown meltdown mode / aggressive behaviors.

eat oats at all, even
gf ones, so they should be removed from the diet entirely and then reintroduced carefully when the person's GI issues are under control to see if they are OK.
