I too have had health problems
in the past and started
eating healthy and felt
better for it, but now
in taking it further and going the full way and using whole
foods only.
They use lots of herbs and spices, much more then I had experienced here
in London, and it was an exciting way to be able to
eat delicious,
good food.

in (if it is frozen pre-pkg'd
food)-- There is no
eating clean with a microwave — It is very harmful especially if you stand
in front of the microwave oven door while it cooks......
