My wife and I live a totally fulfilling life (vacations / cruises, drive nice but older cars, and
eat out / cook
good food), but are still able to save
over 70 % of our after - tax income.
Your
food prep ideas lately are really inspiring as
well since I don't like
eating the same thing
over and
over again (which seams to be a trend on youtube).
I've been on my own
food journey
over the last 3 years and found that
eating plant - based was
best for my body and dealing with my health issues.
This sounds like a
good plan to get back on track with healthy
eating (and minimal sugars)... I've had my ups and downs
over the last month or so with
eating too many processed
foods and I definitely started to feel a difference.
As a vegetarian living in Paris now for a
good few years i thought that i'd warn you that they're really big meat eaters
over here and tend to hide meat in things that you kinda wouldn't expect which always annoys me, saying this there are some great finds to be had, one of mine and my (French and meat
eating) boyfriend's favs is Galerie 88 just behind to the Hotel de Ville - 88, quai de l'Hôtel de Ville, 75004 Paris, the gazpacho and split pea soup (which i want so desperately to recreate but can't seem to...) are both musts, lovely bohemian style and simple great tasting
food.
Now that the holidays are
over, just about everyone I know is making a pledge to
eat better, lose weight, or simply be smarter about their
food choices.

Our family of 6, our children are young adults, have
eaten well over the years — very
well — we all love

eat clean and save money with a plant - based lifestyle.

best of intentions to meal plan for the week and then don't, and then after spending the whole day obsessing
