We don't
eat granola cereal every day, as we still eat steel cut oats (our only hot breakfast during the week), some natural or organic boxed cereal, and a special hot breakfast on Saturday mornings like eggs, waffles or 4 ingredient protein pancakes.

All these years, I thought that
eating whole wheat
cereal /
granola with nuts, fruit, and fat - free milk was a healthy breakfast, but this was essentially like giving myself poison!
There are many ways to enjoy this nutritious fruit: you can mash them and add to bread slices or muffins, add slices to your fruit salad,

cereal, or even
eat it alone.
I ended really enjoying make bowls of
granola with almond milk topped with berries, and while I realize
granola is not necessarily meant to be
