on the blog called
Healthy Eating on a
Budget.
Really appreciate this
budget food section as a student can not afford to cook many of the dishes despite them looking incredibly appetising and while a lot of blogs will do a post with a couple tips for
eating healthy within a
budget this seems pretty unique — its great to see a practical application of them
in recipes and
on a recurring basis — if this was any indication of what's
in store then i'm super excited!
I am going to start university
in September and knowing how easy
healthy eating actually is, even
on a
budget, makes me so happy!
This is the second post

I live
on my own and have to get by
on a pretty tight
budget, but I still like to get creative
in the kitchen and
eat healthy (mostly vegetarian), and most importantly: not the same thing over and over again.
This week I shared about how we continue
eating healthy on a tight
budget and the challenges of doing this
in a rural area.

I have baked salmon and chicken thighs
in it:) I do not bake cakes but this pan is good for students
on a
budget and tight
on time but want to
eat healthy.
However, we understand trying to
eat healthy on a
budget and regular honey will always work fine
in our recipes.
There is good reason for that, and today I'd like to explore it a bit more for the next post
in our
Eating on a

In fact from my own experience,

budget is very possible.
This alone has made the biggest difference
in reducing our food
budget and staying
on track

budget, purple cabbage can not be beat by any food, anywhere.
As far as cost, you can
eat extremely
healthy on a very limited
budget, especially if you keep a few tricks
in mind:
It's a fast read, about 80 pages (you'll read it
in a day) and you'll learn every single thing you need to know about
healthy food, how to
eat healthy, what foods to avoid, how to cook fast and
on budget etc..
