I mostly
eat savoury cooked
breakfasts due to my kind of weakdigestive system so if you have some ideas
for that I would love to see them in a video And if you're interested: I mostly
eat some kind of stew - like porridge from brown rice, millet or buckwheat (
sometimes miked with tiny seeds like amaranth or kaniwa) with carrots and radish, which I cook separately or with the grains.

sometimes he still takes a short cat nap during this timeframe 6:30 pm - dinner with family (solids in high chair) 7:00 pm - outdoor play time (baby swing, take a walk, etc) 8:00 pm - start of an 8oz bottle 8:30 pm - bath time, read books, finish rest of bottle 9:00 pm - bedtime.
But
sometimes I make this fruit salad just
for us - the kids will
eat it as a snack or even
breakfast!

Your Russian lady might prefer them as a sweet treat topped with sugar and chocolate, but they can be
eaten savoury and
sometimes even
for breakfast with fruit jam.
One thing that does seem to be helpful is trying to stay somewhere long enough to develop a bit of a routine, (by
eating at the same restaurant every day
for breakfast, or visiting the same cafe when you want a place to grab internet, etc), then
sometimes within those routines you will make friends.
