eat less sugar at other meals or at other times during the week.

Eating too much?
Looking
at the families in Chad, Mali, Ecuador, and Guatemala they certainly have
less to
eat, but it's also free of added
sugars, preservatives, and dyes.
I could evade pain
at two opportunities, in those months I
ate less white rice,
less sugar and
less salt (and more veggies) so that's why I knew this could cure me.

If you are young and healthy, keep yourself that way (healthy,
at least) by quitting smoking,
eating less sugar, avoiding stress, and getting enough sleep
at night.
As resolutions for 2018 begin to percolate, it's easy to default to the whole «
eat less sugar, move my body more» song and dance, which typically goes bust by February (
at least according to my own track record).
