We are
all eating meat on the bone and making bone broths.
I use Great Lakes and Vital Proteins daily, make bone broth when I can, and try to cook and
eat meat on the bone as much as possible.
It's funny because I don't
eat meat on a bone, I've just never liked it.

Both can be mishandled, meaning it is possible to not
eat enough of the healing foods (fermented foods,
bone broth, organ
meats, seafood and lots of vegetables) and focus too much
on «approved» baked goods, fruit, etc..
I can't imagine what kind of mess you were
eating when you went vegetarian, but at a much younger age when I went vegan I became much healthier and actually got some
meat on my
bones (I was very skinny before being vegan).
One more note: As I understand it, our consumption of coffee and soda has a greater effect
on leaching calcium from our
bones, than
eating meat.
Eating meat slow - cooked

bone is much healthier than just focusing
on muscle
meat only, as you get the gelatin and marrow out of the joints and
