so we had some hazelnuts we blended in the vitamix with filtered water to the point the vitamix got warm and filtered out the fiber with a clean handkerchief (in hindsight i could of not filtered it but i like the filtered
nut milk with coffee) and
mixed together, but it all lacked fiber, so we used muesli (the perfect ingredient) to bulk up the mixture and used brown sugar to sweeten with all the other ingredients (i know the s word but i'm
eating with a non-plant based eater).

If you start with 8 cups of
mixed nuts and seeds — it's going to last you a while (depending how much you
eat of it everyday).
But was hoping could
mix with
nuts &
eat as a snack but I can't
eat them.
I am not too fond of just
eating them by themselves but if you make your own trail
mix and add other berries, seeds, and
nuts then these are more palatable.
I love
eating oatmeal with peanut butter (or Sunbutter or whatever
nut / seed butter you prefer) and cocoa powder
mixed in.
Frankly, I can
eat the raw cranberry relish by the spoonful, but if you're concerned about tartness, I assure you, once it's
mixed with the other ingredients, the tart - grain -
nut - green balance is spot on.
This is what I
eat in a normal week: Chicken grilled with olive oil or coconut oil and seasoning Ground turkey or beef with olive oil or coconut oil and seasoning Rice noodles or rice spinach noodles (Mrs. Leepers is a great brand) Brown rice Quinoa with chia seeds
Nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews 50/50 Spring
mix on the side of each meal Different fruits and veggies (try to
eat more veggies though, as fruit has a lot of sugar)
I feel like im
eating a jar of peanut butter with fruit and
nuts mixed in.
I try to focus on
eating 2 ounces of
nuts and seeds daily, have beans in at least one of my meals and always try to
eat dark leafy greens - whether in my green drink, in a salad, or
mixed in with my meals.

mix without peanuts... I was thinking I really need someone in the house that likes almonds because they are what is left... I like them but can not chew roasted ones with dentures.

eat them alone.
I've taken to
eating them with raisins in trail
mix and discovered that if you buy the kind with enough M & Ms you barely taste the
nuts and raisins.

Nut butters are an excellent choice —
mix them with oatmeal, slather them on bagels and toast, add them to smoothies or
eat them plain.

eat nuts with salad, the bolus of food in the stomach will be

Each day I am taking Omega - 3 450 mg EPA / DHA from Microalgae, about 2tbsp of ground organic flax, about 1/2 cup of
mixed nuts, and most days I am
eating avacado.

eat them daily and would estimate that at least 25 % of my daily calories come from Costco raw unsalted
mixed nuts, though I'm not about to weigh, count, measure, quantify, or in any other way obsess over it.
