eat pork, but touch a football, shellfish, work on the sabbath, blasphamy, slaves who do nt allow there master to sleep with there wifes / daughters, and those that dared not idolise him because he is a jealous and vengeful God!

I've been trying to
eat healthier lately, and focus on
eating more whole foods, like veggies and less processed
crap and definitely less processed / refined carbs.
This means that even if mom has something super important to take care of, like make an appointment with a doctor, or you know, tend to the wound she inflicted on herself while trying to make homemade chicken nuggets (because the kids won't
eat anything other than chicken nuggets and she's trying to give them something that's
more healthful than the processed
crap,) she is often interrupted by the kids.
Not that everyone who does yoga is a vegetarian, but it seems that many are and through learning
more about yoga I began reading, reading, and reading some
more about nutrition based upon
eating WHOLE FOODS, not the
crap the food industry would have you think is food.
If you get in the habit of
eating crap food on your High Carb days, your body will be
more prone to pack on body fat thanks to the combination of high blood sugar, high blood insulin, and high blood fat.
Sometimes I feel like I don't fit in the fitness blogging world (I
eat a lot of
crap and I'm not really fussed about what I look like,
more fussed about how much I can deadlift) but I think the beauty of the fitness world in general is that you can be anyone from anywhere and you're still welcome.
I wasn't going to waste any
more years of my life
eating crap and then regretting it.
One of the number one ways I quit binging on sugar 11 years ago was to start
eating more vegetables, less
crap, and real protein from real food.
Your food will taste a lot better and you will find that you can't
eat in restaurants any
more becasue the food they serve is
crap.
If you are looking to
eat a gluten - free lifestyle, focus on
eating more REAL foods instead of finding fake substitutes for the
crap you used to
eat!
By avoiding common gluten troublemakers, it just so happens you end up
eating more real foods and less processed, sugary
crap.
This is incredible especially with all the
crap out there today about needing to
eat more frequently.
But not everyone notices intestinal issues upon
eating gluten — only the ones that got shafted by the genetic lottery and are genetically predisposed to be
more sensitive to gluten see the immediate
crap it does to their body.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention: less stress and
more proper sleep means no weight gain (assuming you don't
eat crap food all the time), and being lean (not stick thin, don't get me wrong) is an undeniable sign of health and beauty.
Then you feel like
crap, so decide to
eat a bit
more (your hunger hormones are also rising like a spire), but not as much as you used to.

I've done a bit of research and i think I may have found an answer (i could be very wrong, but, id like to share it anyway) heres my brief flow chart type of explanation: went from a high fat («anti-candida» diet) diet to a low fat diet (HCLF «raw till 4» but not strict) > restricted fats (under 5 % a day) > gallbladder isn't used enough > sluggish thick bile > then when i would
eat fat it would explain why i felt like
crap and would get skin breakouts, constipation or candida would come back > cut out even
more fat («banana island» diets for a few days, fat free etc) > over time my body stopped producing enough bile / stomach acid etc > due to sluggish bile therefore malabsorption of fats > fatty liver starts....?
After all, it's not the
crap they're selling, it's all those people that simply need to
eat less and move
more.
Getting enough sleep is definitely a factor too, my kiddo is a
crap sleeper so I spent the first year sleeping in 1 hour installments, which I'm sure stopped me losing weight (and made me want to
eat more anti stress sugary foods).

Re: the direct - to - keto route If you go on Reddit (R / ketorecipes), you'll see scads of people who are willingly
eating keto, but they're still buying
crap off the shelves, and hollering for
more... THEY WANT THEIR CONVENIENCE, and that's what will be their undoing.
They're much nicer than the sugary
crap I normally

more complex, and much
more satisfying.
