oats (and recently swapped
from individual sachets to organic
oats as it's much cheaper!).
If I am working on a shoot I often take a jar of chia overnight
oats from my book «A Modern Way to
Eat», which I mix together in 2 minutes the night before.
It also doesn't mention that some celiacs can't
eat oats at all, even gf ones, so they should be removed
from the diet entirely and then reintroduced carefully when the person's GI issues are under control to see if they are OK.
I graduated
from just chia seeds to my first overnight chia
oats just last month and I can't stop

I always
eat raw
oats and fruit for breakfast, but I love greek cafe frapee made
from the blender.
This delicious smoothie has a warm flavor
from the cinnamon, which really makes you feel like you are
eating cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and the
oats and nuts will keep you full and powered up for any hectic day ahead of you.
They are too cold for you... try to have a glass of warm (lemon) water in the morning and
eat the overnight
oats at room temperature, definitely not straight
from the fridge.
I assumed they were a relatively smart snacking choice until, while
eating my second (or third or fourth), I realized that they're no different
from American granola bars; sugar with some

Furthermore, he points out that many groups of people are able to
eat grains without any problems so long as the grains are «pre-digested» through fermentation or soaking (think sourdough bread or
oats soaked overnight) to destroy the phytic acid present in said grains which prevent your body
from absorbing the vitamins and minerals in the food.
There are no big benefits to gain
from feeding your furry friend
oats, so they will be better off
eating what their GI tract is used to!
Nevertheless, there are some rabbits who may benefit
from eating small quantities of
oats — for the exact same reason why most rabbits should avoid them.
