Lately as I am on a special diet I usually
eat oats with water, sweetner or honey, cinnamon and a banana for breakfast, but when I want to make something different I try these pancakes.

I often
eat soaked
oats in young coconut water along
with chia seeds and top it
with hemp seeds and pine nuts.
I
ate the bread and thought it tasted ok and had it
with the roast tomato and pepper soup (very yum) I had a go at making flapjacks but they came out wrong so I have instead yummy banana

I usually only
eat steel cut
oats but will sometimes cook
with what is referred to here as «old fashioned»
oats that take about 5 - 10 minutes to cook.

I make overnight
oats with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, hemp hearts and raisins, and then microwave before

I've recently been stirring honey into raw

with a spoon, so I think it's time I get off my lazy bottom and make oatmeal raisin cookies instead.

eaten by the spoonful
with peanut butter, or spooned on top of a bowl of porridge or overnight
oats.

with the steel cut
oats and can't wait to
eat them.
