So I finally went to the doctor and she referred me to GI dr, but had me start

elimination diet - no dairy, soy or peanuts (because I had
eaten a lot of peanutbutter during the time I did a food diary) until the app» t. My youngest son has chronic constipation as well as nasal congestion and post-nasal drip.
