And the thing is, is that yes, in some cases, it's a good
stress, but when you're doing it that often where you're
eating six small meals a day, you're getting a lot more work
out of your — you know — You're making your pancreas work a whole lot more than it should be.
When the body is starved
of food and sleep, it will not be able to function and carry
out many important life functions This is why many people sleep more and go on an
eating binge when they are under great
stress.

out that
stress makes me want to
