I'm don't
eat a paleo diet either, but I try to eat gluten free whenever possible so these are perfect!
If you are new to this paleo thing, my recommendation is don't worry
about eating a paleo breakfast at first.
But, in addition to
making eating paleo easier and less expensive using the suggestions above, you can also change your entire perspective on your view of food.
Am I getting the point across that there is a hugely wide scope of food choices
while eating paleo?
