The idea for this * almost * savory raw chocolate came about from me having daily chocolate cravings, but not wanting to
eat sweets every day.

After many
days of agonizing over my desire for
sweets, I realized that no one else cared whether I
ate those
sweets or if I was fat or thin or somewhere in between.
Then he said to them, «Go your way,

This is one
day I didn't have to worry if my
sweet boy
ate lunch alone, because he sat across from someone who is a hero in many eyes.

It's focused one everyday
day eating, from simple weekday suppers (that really do take ten minutes) to big batch meals (that you can make for lots of people in one pot or freeze for simple ready meals), work / on - the - go meals and of course some
sweet treats.
I've been making big batches of
sweet potato and carrot chunks, along with batches of quinoa with tahini, from your fab Heathly
Eating on the Go lunch bowl recipe and these last for the five
day working week, which is great.
It's so delicious and unbelievably moorish though, I can sit and
eat bowls of this as I get through my
day — the mix of toasted almonds and coconut chips with
sweet raisins, coconut oil and vanilla is just amazing.
My son «hates» chicken but loves the nuggets I make him haha When he asks me about it I just change the subject I'm only on
day five and although I didn't
eat much sugar before, I found everything with natural sugar in it (ex:
sweet potatoes and butternut squash) way
sweeter than I used too.
I remembered the
sweet potatoes I'd put in the Instant Pot earlier in the morning because I wisely knew I'd need something easy to
eat while I was dragging through the
day (still worth the soul - nourishing time spent with my friend!).
This twist on a classic is a fun way to
eat sweet potatoes at the start of the

I have been
eating Quinoa, Chocolate Chips, Banana Cookie with my morning coffee, before the workout, and just because because we all deserve something
sweet every single
day.
I try not to
eat sweet things all
day everyday, but I do think it's ay - okay to...
One of our goals is also to show how porridge can be
eaten all through the
day: as a raw version to start the
day feeling energized, as a super nourishing savory lunch or dinner, a healthy & wholesome
sweet snack and also as a melt - in - your - mouth dessert.
Coming back to this recipe, I developed this time a pretty easy one, a healthy snack you can enjoy anytime of the
day, whenever you feel like
eating a
sweet healthy treat that brings you some energy.
i just finished the detox and made it today haha i thought the detox was pretty easy since i was
eating the 1 piece of fruit every
day but this was a nice
sweet dessert!
For years, I couldn't

days, I find it hard to enjoy a salad without them as a

I don't know about you, but after indulging in
sweet treats and cocktails over the holidays, by New Year's
Day I'm ready to make some serious changes in my
eating and drinking habits.
And I'm gonna have to

The one thing I love about this recipe is that you can
eat these slices at any time of the year and you don't have to make the whole thing, you can just get together a fab raw cookie dough in a matter of minutes for those

sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large salad with all kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower), avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5
days a week, other
days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit of protein with it.
