What a great combo of flavors and textures... hubby won't
eat tuna steaks, though.
I ate a tuna steak and 4 eggs cooked in butter with a banana and almond butter for breakfast around 6 am.

If you plan on
eating albacore
tuna or
tuna steak, it is recommended to limit this fish to 6 oz.
For example, you can
eat chicken breast and broccoli, salmon with spinach and cheese, egg white omelet with veggies, cottage cheese and olives,
steak and peas, bacon,
tuna salad, or kale chips.
By the way everything I
eat comes from whole foods nothing is processed (apart from the
tuna but that's because it's a lot cheaper than buying the
tuna steaks)

eat (non-organic foods that have been treated with pesticides and herbicides), if you have dental fillings made from mercury - containing amalgam, and certain types of large fish (such as king mackerel, swordfish, orange roughy, marlin,
tuna steaks, and canned «white» albacore).
There's a lot to choose from and we all have our favorites but to play it safe you can't go wrong with
eating things like; white chicken breast, turkey breast,
tuna, salmon or
steak.
Remember, fresh
tuna is an oily fish, so if you
eat two fresh
tuna steaks in one week, you shouldn't
eat any other oily fish that week.
Last time I was there, they had a Teriyaki Coconut Mango
Tuna steak that I would
eat 365 days a year and never complain about.
