As much as I love to
eat large
food (ask Joe / anybody in my family... my favorite sweet potatoes are like, the size of footballs — not anymore though,
wedding diet problems.)
Instead, I have a ton of
foods I absolutely LOVE
eating, and they all are healthy, so for the
wedding, all I'm doing is decreasing my portion sizes a little, specifically
eating less right before bed.

We wished each other a Shana Tova (good new year),
ate Ethiopian
food and apples and honey, hung out in the backyard with a handful of good friends, and, most importantly, used the last of our 10 yr old
wedding napkins - win!
I've had a colonoscopy, numerous blood tests, an endoscopy, taken enzymes, prilosec, avoided as many
foods as possible, tried sitting up for 3 hours after every meal, seen a registered dietician who specializes in
food sensitivities, etc... but I do have a life too and it's not realistic for me to cook every single meal and socially isolate myself because I can't
eat food at people's
weddings, parties, birthday dinners, meetings at work with
food, etc....

Eat plenty of great skin
foods in the days before the
wedding — think oily fish, avocado, sweet potato, nuts and seeds.
Hi Jason, I work out 5 days a week mon,
wed, fri are cardio / kickboxing tues upper body free weights, Thursday lower body with weights it's a program called the max 45 min workouts I used to go to personal trainer for years followed meal plans max also has meal plans was in fabulous shape for years but in the past 2 1/2 yrs or so still strict
eating all clean organic
foods only no package process garbage and no luck the weight I gained for no reason won't budge I do bio identicle hormones for years and am extremely frustrated!
Although Anne and Adam famously insisted on vegan - only reception
food for their
wedding, Hathaway recently confessed that
eating endless meals of tofu and garbanzo beans seemed to be sapping her energy.
My goal is basically to shock my system for a few days so that when I am in Italy the week before my
wedding eating all the glorious
food, that it sort of evens out and I don't end up a bloated bride who doesn't fit in her dress.
I love going to
weddings - picking out the perfect dress, seeing everyone so happy,
eating the delicious
food... what is there not to like?
