I had never

It is rich in healthy EPA and DHA fats (which may in fact best be obtained from fermented cod liver oil if you can not get wild - caught fish), B - vitamin rich organ meats (or dessicated organ capsules if you don't like the taste), vitamin C and E rich fruits and vegetables, and calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine (
