before a meal, as it fills you up, so you
eat less
calories for your meal, but that's not the magic part.
So here is what I do (also to correct my blood lipids): 2 - tablespoons shot of extra-virgin organic olive oil (250
calories) chased with two colossal garlic / jalapeno stuffed olives (32
calories) right
before eating so I stay hungry
enough for the meal.
You could
eat half of the package
before you ever knew it, and that would be
enough calories for one whole big meal!
I have been dieting for 3 months now, lost just over 60 lbs I've got about 5 lbs to go, I've never taken a cheat day
before and to be honest I've had
enough of this dieting... I tend to
eat about 1100 - 1400
calories a day, plus I walk 7miles there and back to the gym every other day, I do (Insanity) HIIT cardio in between.
