I have also been working on my second book, The Natural Baker, which focuses on all of the wonderful wholefood ingredients I have discovered since I started baking, with recipes packed with flavour and texture for making delicious dishes, cakes, tarts and much more to eat throughout the day.

It's been a while since I made a batch of these (I would totally be eating several a day as well), but I'm getting ready to start my holiday baking and they're number 1 on my list.

My inability to consume bananas before they get too ripe for every day eating means I almost always have bananas on hand to bake with.

These will keep a couple of days, however they taste the best when eaten fresh on the day of baking.

Any leftovers can be stored in a sealed container for up to 5 days but they are best eaten on the day they are baked.

I would eat eggs for breakfast, baked chicken or fish and a side salad for lunch, a burger without the bun for dinner, and then snack on almonds and carrots throughout the day.

Later in the day you can eat baked sweet potatoes with their skin on to boost your body's iron content.

There's many other treatments too, involving milk thistle, eating nothing but apples for two days (or any other fruit), an all - kale diet, or baking soda, and so on.

They relied very heavily on paleo baking in the beginning, but we have phased out most of it over time (my oldest daughter still eats paleo bread most days with her breakfast, which is my next target).
