The fact is, this salad is made up of what needed to be
eaten out of my refrigerator last night.
This recipe came out of my experiment to
eat out of the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry.

refrigerator pickled ratatouille vegetables are great for relish trays, sandwiches or just
eating out of the jar.
