I
eat as many greens as possible to get fresh raw omega 3 fats, but my diet is
based on starches and I don't tolerate flax seeds, the Mc Doughall way works for me, just a bit concered about the omega 3 though because of cooking the
grains.

When I was exclusively plant -
based I
ate a lot of legumes and whole
grains.
Whole food, plant -
based eating is all about adding in as many whole vegetables, fruits, whole
grains, nuts and a seeds until you are satisfied at every meal.
This is so good my
grain - loving 12 year old keeps

I tend to think about my meals in broader stokes (and in context
based on what I'm
eating the rest of the day)- enough whole
grains?
These chickens are raised by family farmers and
eat a coconut -
based soy - free feed mixture that has no genetically modified
grains (no GMOs!).
It is
based on the theory that by eliminating most carbs (primarily
grains, starches, dairy, and sugars) and allowing only specific carbs that require minimal digestion, it can reduce inflammation and make

If you
eat the beans in an application like a
grain salad etc where you will drain them first, try saving the cooking liquid - it makes a great flavorful
base for soups.
The results: Two big jars of broth which can become a flavorful
base for soups,
grains, pasta, or
eaten as - is for simple broth - for - dinner kinda nights.
GRAIN - FREE: Serve with quinoa instead of rice if you
eat pseudograins; or a veggie -
based rice (normally I'd recommend cauliflower rice but that seems a little redundant here) or bed of sauteed greens.
