healthy meal plan.
The morning meal has been surrounded with a lot of controversy lately, with some nutritionists claiming that skipping it entirely will help you stay
healthy and lean, while
others argue that
eating breakfast is the key to preventing numerous diseases and unwanted weight gain.
In
other words, research supports that people who
eat breakfast tend to be
healthier and more fit than people who don't.
I drank lots of pure water, stopped
