I've been copying your recipes for my very carnivorous family (tongue in cheek), there would be a revolt if I announced that we will be

based diet only but I am trying to limit the meat / poultry / seafood portions and focus more on
plant -
based portions to very
good results.
I
eat a
plant -
based diet as this is what makes me feel my
best but everyone is different and has different requirements.

good news, I
eat a
plant based diet, no meat or dairy.
This may infact be the case for refined white pasta, but when you're
eating a healthy
well balanced
diet full of whole foods and
