I'll go one step further to say it is probably more healthy for the majority of individuals to
eat plant based diet with good fat sources than no fat.

A few months prior to hearing this, the North Shore resident became fascinated

I'm not vegan, but I try to

plant based diet 80 % out of the week, having grown up in cattle country it has been a challenge, but stumbling up on recipes like this — traditional comfort food but
