The raw stuff, well it's like saying an apple gives me x
calories, but i won't
eat it for that reason, despite the fact that it is
loaded with vitamins and minerals that my body needs and can not live without....
The thing that saddens me is seeing the look on their face as they describe how much body fat they have gained as they were so used to carb
loading for races, and never learned how to properly
eat the correct
calories for their new found activity levels.
