I love
eating cashew nuts.
My Blood Ceruloplasmin which measures copper is low and
eating cashew nuts does not seem to help, although cashew nuts in average contain a lot of copper.
However, at that point so can crossing the street and
eating cashew nuts.
Back at home
I ate some cashew nuts and almonds (HE B) while I made a light supper of steamed and boiled vegetables with gravy.

nuts again, as i coudn't
eat them for a few years and the
cashew - maple - tumeric one sounds divine < 3

nuts sometimes (I always
eat all the
cashew nuts before they get into the pesto)!
Or if you can
eat nuts, almond or
cashew butter would work well too x
I wrongly thought I couldn't
eat nuts including
cashews.
I can have
cashew nut butter and jelly sandwiches and I don't miss the peanutbutter I can't
eat any more.

ate in a Chinese restaurant in Thailand last year, it was a variety of mushrooms in the most amazing sauce with water chestnuts and
cashew nuts.
I love all
nuts — unfortunately I have a
cashew allergy (which really stinks when you're
eating a plant based diet!).

eat cherries: blueberries or strawberries avocados: this is the toughest one, but you can try subbing
cashew cream (soaked
cashews blended with water) for the avocado in the salad dressing and pudding cauliflower: Brussels sprouts or broccoli apple: pear, orange, or pineapple sunflower seeds: almonds or any other
nut (this would make the cleanse no longer
nut - free, but if you know you have no sensitivity to

I'm sure there are far worse things you can
eat... I didn't have chia / hemp seeds so replaced with
cashews nuts & sesame seeds I also don't like things too sweet so replaced sugar with dark chocolate... thought this too would help bind them together — less sweet perhaps or do I just love chocolate obviously taste is important.
I can't believe that with the amount of
cashew nuts I
eat, at least 2.5 kg in the last 3 months alone.
I am also a big sucker for
nut butters, whether it is peanut butter, almond butter or
cashew butter, I can
eat them by the spoon full.
A sauce made with pecans or walnuts, I don't seem to have a problem
eating either of those, Btw, question: (are
cashews, pecans and walnuts all in the
nut family?)

You can
eat almost any type, but the best choices are Brazil
nuts, containing 108 mg per ounce, almonds 75 mg per ounce,
cashews 73 mg per ounce, peanuts 49 mg per ounce and walnuts 44 mg per ounce.
I have a big handful of walnuts in my oatmeal and I end up
eating a 100 calorie pack of
cashews and another of almonds and I have some almond milk with my Matcha tea and I have a peanut butter with flax seed in it, and peanuts was in my favorite chocolate candy and pistachios used to be my favorite ice cream flavor, but I find the
nuts is enough to feel like I had dessert.
I once
ate an entire can of
cashews (not the greatest
nut to
eat, surely).
Cashews contain iron, zinc and magnesium, and you should
eat about 4 to 5
cashew nuts every day.
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, almonds,

nuts that can be
eaten while on a detox diet.

I have done several 70 mile plus rides only
eating a handful of
cashew nuts and drinking electrolyte fortified water as well as taking salt tablets.
Yet today when I checked my weight I gained 2 pounds and my body fat increased, I only started to
eat a bit more and even snacked on some
cashew nuts.

cashews are one of the healthiest
nuts you can
eat.
Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, macadamias,
cashews, walnuts and various seeds should be
eaten in moderation.
The best
eating fats are avocado,
cashews, coconut butter, coconut milk (canned or from the coconut - not the stuff in the box with added preservatives and junk), macadamia
nuts, macadamia butter (which I have yet to find) and olives as well as olive oil and avocado oil on your salads.
As you can see, Macadamias are innocent, which is why they are the only
nuts I recommend people
eat, and
Cashews and Hazlenuts are okay.
A typical day for me (I
eat throughout the day, no meal format) would be this: -3 clementines — 1/2 cup raw unsalted trail mix (
cashew, walnut, macadamia
nut, mulberry, goji, cacao)- banana with walnut butter -1 cup mixed fruit (like berries, melon, grapes, depends)-1 avocado -2-3 brown rice cakes -1 / 3 cup carrots -1 / 3 cup hummus - another banana - postworkout I'd
eat either a protein smoothie with more banana, greens, superfoods OR whatever I feel like making, most likely salmon with broccoli or lentil stew etc
Based on that and the fact that
cashew nuts are acidic, whereas almonds are alkaline, which is better for you, I'd opt for almond butter if you plan to
eat it regularly.
You can't
eat raw
cashew nuts!
I have never tried
cashew nut butter, usually where I live we just
eat the
cashew apple or make juice with it and also we
eat the toasted
nuts
