However, sometimes whenever I
eat Biryani (Rice

meat, a Pakistani dish) I get cramps in my legs and feet.

meat with a spoon.

While I am not stopping the rest of the family from
eating meat, I am not
cooking it!
As time passed, my grandma's health got a little worse, and the willingness of the women of the family to
cook all that
meat started to wane, and so did the willingness of the family members to
eat it: everyone seemed to realize they did not need to show off
meat as a social status anymore, and vegetables took an ever larger place at the holidays table.
For me personally this is more important than whey protein, I can
eat meat all day and not really get bored of it but
eating carbs such as sweet potatoes and long grain rice 4/5 times a day has always been a task never mind
cooking and storing it all first!
If you do
eat meat and want to add sausage of some sort, crumble and
cook it, and add it in when you are mixing everything together before baking.
You see, my husband appreciates that I
cook healthy food (I don't drink or
eat milk, no red
meat, no poultry, mostly organic, and I
eat fish) and I turned him onto some great recipes I found online.
I haven't
eaten other
meat for almost four years now, but the rule was originally that I had to
eat fish as long as I lived at home for my studies and convenience with
cooking.
I was really excited to to
cook some new things (including gluten free brownies and cauliflower crust pizza — to come on the blog) and on my first post-cleanse grocery trip I added eggs, tomatoes, bananas, red
meat, cheese and a couple kind bars to the fruits, vegetables, nut and coconut milk and salmon and chicken I had been
eating.
I was always told that
meat cooked low and slow is the healthiest way to
eat meat, vs quick grilling or frying.
I dislike
cooking meat, but if I didn't
cook it for him, he'd
eat it elsewhere.
As far as
meat, I
eat very little red
meat but do have to
cook it for my husband and teenage boys maybe once a week.

The result was the most delectable feast everyone had

meat marinating in it, but can't you take the marinade put it in a sauce pan and
cook or boil it for some time And then use it as a sauce to drizzle over your
meat?
