Food reward and peer pressure get people
eating crap food.
If you get in the habit of
eating crap food on your High Carb days, your body will be more prone to pack on body fat thanks to the combination of high blood sugar, high blood insulin, and high blood fat.
When
we eat crap food we feel like crap.
It is entirely possibly to eat «vegan» or «vegetarian» and still
eat CRAP foods.
Most Americans
eat crap food like pizza, fries, beer, soda, and other prepackaged and processed junk.
You can't be at your best if
you eat crap food.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention: less stress and more proper sleep means no weight gain (assuming you don't
eat crap food all the time), and being lean (not stick thin, don't get me wrong) is an undeniable sign of health and beauty.

Unfortunately, the easiest to grab, quickest to
eat foods are usually pretty full of
crap (read: freezer meals).
By cutting out entire
food groups and really focusing on what you're putting in your body, you're made PAINFULLY aware of how much
crap you usually
eat.

I've been trying to
eat healthier lately, and focus on
eating more whole
foods, like veggies and less processed
crap and definitely less processed / refined carbs.
I mean, just because we're
eating comfort
food doesn't have to mean we feed our bodies

Cinnamon rolls used to be a favorite comfort
food but after going paleo and figuring out I had
food sensitivities I never thought I would
eat another yummy roll of goodness without feeling like
crap afterwards and usually feeling disappointed that it just didn't live up to the memories in my head.
Before you know it, you won't miss all the
crap food you once
ate.
True, I
ate A TON of
crap as a teen, which actually made me have some mild acne in college — this processed
food eventually caught up with my body and ruined the perfect skin that I had growing up.
Then FINALLY, just when it seems some nice healthy fruits and veggies had taken root and were starting to blossom into some delicious, sustainable real
food... a braying jackass stomps all over your garden and poops out a can of Chef Boyardee, so you're stuck
eating that
crap instead of the good stuff you really wanted.

If this is an issue, it is because the parents are giving them
crap to
eat all week long and expect other parents to give their kids healthy
food at a soccer game.
I have to disagree with Dina Rose that packaged process
crap like goldfish crackers, yogurt tubes and chocolate milk should be considered «fun
foods» and
eaten once or twice a day.
If you take
food from the government — you have to
eat whatever
crap they give you.
I tend toward almost all whole
foods, but then have big spurts of
eating just way too much processed

food and not even thinking of bingeing or filling my body with processed

I don't know what is worse — children aspiring to
eat crap because it is a display of wealth, or children being denied healthy

While I've never seen pizza available any time I've been there, the prepackaged fruit cups, Uncrustables, Lunchables, and other (

food we encountered on our very first visit ingrained in me that we will NEVER
eat there.
I think it's also the fact that
food - service companies think kids want and will only
eat certain kinds of
foods, otherwise known as
crap with a capital «C.» They expect the worst, so they serve the worst.
Not that everyone who does yoga is a vegetarian, but it seems that many are and through learning more about yoga I began reading, reading, and reading some more about nutrition based upon
eating WHOLE
FOODS, not the
crap the
food industry would have you think is
food.

Like I said over on Twitter, it is NO COINCIDENCE that I have been feeling just AWFUL lately due to
eating crap like bread, pasta, packaged
foods, and sugar (probably the WORST offender for me).
Cutting out the
crap and
eating natural
food is never going to be a bad thing for any of us.
I mean, just because we're
eating comfort

Getting enough sleep is definitely a factor too, my kiddo is a
crap sleeper so I spent the first year sleeping in 1 hour installments, which I'm sure stopped me losing weight (and made me want to
eat more anti stress sugary
foods).
Delicious, nutritious
food isn't always accessible, and if you don't have it on hand, you're likely to
eat (and feel like)
crap by default.

eating foods that are straight from the source and don't contain a whole host of added

I went into a period when I was

crap at work and IF enabled me to relearn to distinguish between being really hungry and just craving
food because I am having a bad day!
