As part of the diet, I won't
eat curd or hung curd.
Instead, just use it in your smoothies, or else drain off / reserve the whey and
eat the curds like a thick yogurt or let them drain further to make a thick, tangy «kefir cheese» spread.

The lemon Noosa has a generous amount of lemon
curd mixed into it's creamy base, such that it really tastes like you are
eating a lemon whipped cream.
I also
ate a few with lemon
curd cos lemon + ginger is a FAB combo.
Lemon
curd is one of my favorite things to spread on toast, dollop on scones, stir into plain Greek yogurt (or layer with granola in a dessert - for - breakfast parfait), or just
eat straight off a spoon.
These kind of sweets are also made on occasions when someone is stepping out for good work and the person is made to
eat sweet
curd as a sign of good luck that should bring to him / her during his / her work.
My grandparents had this weird tradition of giving everyone huge blocks of Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese for Christmas and my Pop used to always get 1 order of cheese
