ice cream before yesterday because frankly, I doubted it would be worth
eating.

I've made some changes in the last couple years to swap a lot of my
dairy eating out — i.e. I use plant - based protein powders now & I've been
eating dairy free yogurt most of the time — and at this point, all that's really left is
eating ice cream & cheese.
I don't think we'll
eat it in place of regular
ice cream, but it's a nice variation from the standard
dairy version and would especially be great for someone that can not
eat dairy.
For those who
eat dairy, you can use heavy
cream in place of the rice milk.I left the liquor optional because some people avoid alcohol, but it does help keep the
ice cream softer once frozen; since rice milk doesn't have the fat of
cream, it helps to keep the
ice cream smoother.
He's been lamenting the fact that he can no longer
