dried fruits nor do I tolerate other flours apart from GF flour (as I find them just too heavy for my stomach).

coconut, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts / pecans / almonds.

eat them that day) or bread to
eat in thick 1 ″ slices w /
