I am a vegetarian and lactose intolerant so I like the idea of
eating eggs whites for protein, but is it conducive to a good healthy diet?
I usually end up
eating egg whites for breakfast for a few days after making ice cream, and that gets very boring very soon.
Even if I could
eat egg whites again, I still wouldn't, now I know how divine baked goods can taste, and how good I feel / how quickly I'm sated nutritionally speaking.

eat egg whites, but never eggs... You may be able to get me to eat them though....

eating egg whites is a simple way to enjoy many of the nutritional benefits eggs have to offer without consuming any cholesterol.
Definitely stay away from peanuts — nut butters and tree nuts are much better — and I would stop
eating egg whites (meat or fish instead), but I would continue to eat the egg yolks unless you get a very strong reaction.

eating a raw
egg.
