It's surprising that there's so much fuss about protein in this country when less than 3 % of adults don't make the cut, presumably
because they're on extreme
calorie - restricted diets and aren't
eating enough food period.
Or if you don't
eat enough calories from fat or carbs to power your workouts, you could end up burning fewer
calories than you think,
because you're not giving it your all in the gym.

calories a day for me to need put on muscle you know, I got to be
