Question: Would
eating lactation cookies give a boost if we ate it before delivery?
I was
eating lactation cookies and was drinking plenty of water to keep up my low milk supply but nothing was going to help.
There are a number of things you can do to increase your breast milk, including feeding your baby more often, drinking jungle juice, making and
eating lactation cookies, and of course eating certain types of food.

lactation cookie businesses, you can find one or just make your own).
Many
lactation consultants suggest
eating a bowl of oatmeal every day to boost milk supply or even a batch of oatmeal
cookies.

After
eating one
lactation cookie a day for one week I noticed an increase in my milk supply.
Also,
eating a wholesome diet and incorporating galactogogues such as oats,
lactation cookies,
lactation tea, fenugreek and other herbs can boost milk supply.
