sugar in this recipe would help get the cake all fluffy and so I went ahead), it's moist of course, and simply delightful.
Eating and drinking

sugars and alcohol and more fibre and water helps

eat... I didn't have chia / hemp seeds so replaced with cashews nuts & sesame seeds I also don't like things
too sweet so replaced
sugar with dark chocolate... thought this
too would help bind them together —

I'm 140 lbs, 5» 6 ″,
eat about 1,800 cal a day (sometime a little more, sometimes a little
less) split in 5 meals, drink 12 - 16 glasses of water a day, stick to fruits (not
too much b / c of
sugar), mostly vegetables, legumes, lean meats, nuts, egg whites and whey isolate shakes with almond milk.
If addressing low endorphins helps reduce or eliminate the reward
eating and helps you
eat less or no
sugar it means
less impact on your adrenals and more even blood
sugar levels and therefore
less anxiety
