The one thing i wish for is someone to post weekly dinner
menus to help conceive of meals that are seasonal and balanced — due to bad
planning, i often wind up
eating tofu 4 nights in a row and then hating and resenting tofu (for example).
Weather that means I can wear my favorite cozy sweaters and tights,
eat warm comfort food and start
planning my
menu for Thanksgiving.

Since we have health needs that require us to
eat a lower sodium and lower carb diet, before the
menu plans I would spend hours, (not kidding) looking for meals, and measuring out each ingredient.
I got my butt in gear the other day and started my
menu planning again, I feel soo much better knowing my kids are
eating homemade (and healthier) again (not to mention the money we have saved).
