much 40g is but personally I don't advice listening to such crazy strict rolls, if you're not
eating processed food /
dairy / meat then it really doesn't matter and if they make you feel healthy and awesome then really don't worry about measuring grams!

eat dairy or gluten, and now I'm going off eggs and corn as well, so I'm looking for some variety in my diet, and want to include other gluten free grains.
Although I tend to avoid
dairy in most situations and I try to focus on mostly plant - based meals, I
eat pretty
much whatever I want.
I love the taste of regular
dairy milk, but unfortunately, my skin does not and I often break out after
eating or drinking too
much dairy.
It is so hard to try to follow the NT way of
eating because it seems that so
much is based on
dairy and eggs and nuts which we can not even have in the house!
Also, since I don't

We are vego mostly vegan (kids
eat eggs and
dairy but we don't
much now) but due to allergies of other kids his kindergarten is nut free.
And then throw in that I also don't
eat gluten or
dairy, and from our typical Thanksgiving spread, I'm pretty
much left with green salad.
A lot of times it's what I recommend for folks if they are going to be
eating less meat to not increase their
dairy and if possible to decrease their
dairy because it has just done so
much harm for the animals and for the environment.
I also have eczema and although I have always
eaten dairy, I am concerned that
eating a good deal more to attain the fat levels required may be too

I agree, they aren't the best choice in the world, but when you can't
eat gluten,
