While I don't believe in a Keto - diet or even a Paleo diet, I do follow a relatively low - carb diet by only
eating organic berries for fruit and organic veggies as my carb sources.

eat 80 % fresh ripe fruit, fresh
organic veg, unshelled nuts / seeds, a variety homegrown
berries, Homemade greendrinks, homemade almond vanilla nut milks and thai coconut milk.
Right as I took the pops out of their mold, Paloma
ate one with an impressive speed and proceeded to ask for another, which I gave her with no hesitation, as the pops are full of
organic berries, acidophilus and other beneficial yogurt cultures.

The
organic cherry
berry flavor makes it something your child will love to
eat, not something they will dread with their breakfast.
The diet part is simple:
eat organic lean protein, plenty of dark leafy greens, healthy fats and some
berries.
Except for
organic berries, it may be wise to avoid consuming them if you are interested in healthy
eating.
Eating healthy... mixed greens, salmon, tuna,
organic chicken, nuts, almond milk and almond butter, fruit and
berries in the morning, Greek yogurt, cheese, vegetables, eggs, sweet potatoes, quinoa, squash, freekeh, wheat fiber (red mill), flax seed - barlean's, goods fats... avocados, olive oil, coconut oil.
A pretty good rule of thumb is that if you have to peel it (orange, pineapple etc) it's probably ok to
eat conventionally grown, but if you
eat the skin (
berries, greens etc,) try to get
organic.
Don't worry about remembering the names of these nutrients, Instead, focus on
eating as many antioxidant ‐ rich
organic foods as possible, including a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, including blueberries and other
berries, sesame seeds, almonds, extra ‐ virgin olive oil, green and black tea, and red wine.
You can
eat as much
organic protein, veggies, healthy fats and
berries as you want!
Rice and apples made my fingers numb, so I avoided rice for quinoa, and picked up oatmeal (high in calcium) and began
eating more certified
organic berries with dried figs (for calcium) and certified
organic tofu.
If the bird will be
eating the outer part of the fruit — as with
berries — it is best to buy
organic when possible.
