organic where possible, I believe that it's better to
eat non-
organic veggies than no
veggies at all!

I

organic veggies, I don't drink store milk at all, but will
eat some cheese.
If you are an educated vegan, and
eat the proper sulfur containing compounds (from
organic, high mineral cruciferous
veggies for example), your gut will produce more than enough B12 for you and and them!

Since I have been

The fact is, you don't need supplements as long as you
eat a well rounded diet full of unprocessed whole natural foods, lots of variety, high nutrient density... lots of fruits,
veggies, whole unrefined grains, eggs, beans, nuts, seeds,
organic meats, fish, etc, etc..
Foods like carrots and pineapples that need to be peeled before
eating will minimize your risk of exposure to pesticides, however leafy
veggies should almost always be purchased
organic since there is no barrier from pesticides.
I normally
eat a very healthy diet (lots of raw fruit &
veggies, juices & smoothies, wild caught salmon,
organic gluten free grains & beans, etc...), but over the Thanksgiving holiday in late November -LSB-...] I developed a skin rash in the delicate (and usually flawless) skin around my left eye.

eat whole, natural food and if possible chose
organic.
In another video and in the book how not to die, Dr. Greger tells that non
organic veggies / fruits are better than not
eating them at all.
The bottom line was that you are better off
eating a bunch of fruit and
veggies even if they are not
organic.

He also argued that as the case with conventional
veggies and fruits being full of pesticides, the same goes with conventional meat so it isn't about being vegan to be healthy; it's about

Personally, I think that
eating canned beans is like the difference between
eating conventional vs

eat animal products make sure they're grass fed and keep them to a minimum.
I
eat an excellent diet (will be adding the liver and COl) but I
eat butter, coconut oil, eggs (pasture raised), Grass Fed & Finished beef, pasture raised chicken, ALL
organic veggies and fruits and all for years now and Absolutely NO GMO food of any sort.

eating more grains and raw honey than I intended, but still she loves fermented
veggies and has them daily along with
organic meats and wonderful pastured raw milk.
While I don't believe in a Keto - diet or even a Paleo diet, I do follow a relatively low - carb diet by only
eating organic berries for fruit and
organic veggies as my carb sources.
