I've only just started trying to listen to my body and my digestive system and sometimes I have absolutely no idea what it needs, and I feel
like I'm missing out (#fomo) from all the
other foods my friends and family get to
eat.
For
others with autoimmune conditions, nutritional based treatments can be effective but the fact that some combinations of plant
foods can produce autoimmune symptoms while
others result in remission shows that there can be side effects when some people
