And then I just end up
eating awkward scraps
out of the fridge and
pantry, haha.
I also relied on
pantry staples (hello sunflower seed butter jar,
eaten in 3 days) although in NYC for much
of the time we could go
out to
eat, only Saturday night was tough.
Spoonfuls
of fudge frosting for breakfast, a pint
of ice cream and a spoon to wind down in the evenings, and
eating chocolates
out of the «good stash» in the
pantry with the door shut so you don't have to share (since the kids don't appreciate the good stuff, they are happy with the cheap waxy stuff) at regular intervals during the day.
So rather than leave your snacks
out in the open, make it more challenging to
eat by keeping hiding them away on the highest shelf
of your
pantry.

out of my experiment to
eat out of the refrigerator, freezer, and

out everything in our

ate a vegan diet with no processed foods, honey instead
