An excellent alternative for those with nut allergies,
raw sunflower seeds can be used to make your own sunflower butter, added to
cracker recipes, tossed on a salad for extra crunch and nutrition or just
eaten by the handful for a quick snack.
Instead, I shall
eat the last of my
raw marzipan balls and then an entire packe of seaweed rice
crackers.
I'm sad the package of
raw crackers I got at Fitbloggin is already gone, but that just shows you how much I
eat how good they are!
Sometimes we
eat it on an Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla with a few spinach leaves, in a nori wrap, as a dip with dehydrated

raw vegetables or my favorite way with hearts of romaine lettuce.
