eating real food completely sustainable, and so much fun, and now I want to share that with YOU!

Now, my life is
completely different... because I switched my diet to
eating real food, changed my lifestyle and used functional medicine principles to heal my leaky gut and hormone dysregulation.
I don't
eat completely paleo but stick to
real food and
eat about 75 grams of carbs a day which come from veggies.
Completely eliminate all processed
foods like chips, crackers, cookies and candy, cut out anything that is non-organic, including non-organic meats, eggs, packaged
foods, etc., cut out central nervous system stimulants like caffeine and alcohol and simply
eat clean,
real food.
In fact, I would go as far as to say I think one could lose even more weight if they left out point # 1
completely and
ate a breakfast full of
real whole
foods instead of this processed, sugared junk.
Let's put that in
real terms for anyone not currently single... Going on 30
completely blind dates, and expecting to find a longterm partner, is a bit like heading over to an all you can
eat buffet, and expecting to taste the most incredible
food you've ever tasted.
