I am not kidding when I say I walked across campus to my Office Assistant job
eating my smoothie bowl from my ceramic bowl.
Even though I drink smoothies, or rather
eat smoothie bowls, multiple times a week, the smoothies themselves aren't much to write home about.
Nursing did make me hungrier in the mornings so I normally
eat a smoothie bowl: homemade granola, greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and a smoothie OR mashed banana, 1/3 C oats & milk, sprinkle cinnamon, and fresh / frozen fruit heated in microwave then add pb / ab and greek yogurt.
While I was
eating this smoothie bowl all I kept thinking about was the strawberry soup I used to eat as a kid.
I'm actually
eating a smoothie bowl right now.
The only downside is that you would have to turn on the heater while
eating your smoothie bowl... But it's worth it, I promise!
Obviously drinking it with a straw is much quicker but I was planning to respond to emails and
eat my smoothie bowl Marty thinks I'm nuts and calls it «fruit soup» haha but I love smoothie bowls!

Tips for
eating more: It can be hard keeping fresh peaches and
eating them before they go bad, so buy a bag of organic frozen peach slices and add them to
smoothies or a
bowl of yogurt for even more protein.

Smoothie bowls are a regular visitor to my breakfast table (who am I kidding, there is no table in this equation, I
eat breakfast standing up in the kitchen as I prep for shoots, or sitting at my desk while editing photos... but that's another story altogether).

Okay, let's throw all rules out of the window and just say that this

eating.
If I'm having a
smoothie as a breakfast option I like to
eat it in a
bowl, there is something so satisfying about it, and I love the thicker textured
smoothies.
